    I do not eat take-aways. But when we are travelling Biotox Gold Review  or we have been put out of routine it is very convenient to drive into one of these outlets and grab a quick meal. This might happen a few times a year. I am not in love with the food and I know I am not getting the nutritional value I want. But I am not going to worry about eating it on rare occasions.

    I do not eat big meals. If I am served big meals I leave food on the plate. This is not hard for me to do because I have never been a big eater. I think it is harder for people who are used to big meals. But I do have to eat regularly. If I have a bigger than normal lunch I still have to have dinner, but it will be a light meal.

    I choose the healthiest foods from what is available. Sometimes this is all you can do. Not everyone is health conscience when it comes to food so we have to do the best we can.

    You can control your weight and be healthy without making life a misery for yourself and others. My lifestyle of eating what I should eat most of the time and exercising three or four times a week most of the time has given me good health, controlled my weight and kept my body strong over many years. It has worked for me and should work for you. Let yourself off the hook and stop feeling guilty. Just do what you have to do most of the time and enjoy the 20 per cent of the time you cannot do that.
